Last night I made this recipe for
Chiles Rellenos Casserole from the Cook's Country Aug/Sep 2011 issue. Though this recipe claimed to not be as much work as making "real" Chiles Rellenos- it was a TON of work. I don't see how this is any easier at all! The flavor was okay but I wasn't in love. I didn't like the ground beef in this. I won't make this again.
