Breakfast Quiches to Go

I also made this recipe for "Breakfast Quiches to Go" for the bridal shower brunch. I had had these many years ago when a friend brought them a party. I used plain crescent roll dough because I could not find garlic butter. So I added a sprinkle of garlic powder to the filling. These were so good. I'd love to try these with cheddar instead of mozzarella. These were so easy. I did read in some of the comments on the site that these are not as good re-heated so I did not make these ahead of time like I did some of the other food.

I like quiche, but it does take awhile to cook all the way through, I think this would be a fun quicker alternative. I will have to try it.
